As president of Victoria Elizabeth Realty & Associates, Inc. Kimberli Perry has been involved in every aspect of the company. Kimberli is a licensed Real Estate Broker and has over 7 years of experience in Property management, managing multi-family properties and single family homes. She has attended numerous training seminars on leasing, legal up dates, fair housing, marketing and Florida landlord \ tenant law. Kimberli is an active member of the National Association of Realtors ( NAR)and Florida Association of Realtors (FAR) and Tallahassee Board of Realtors (TBR).  She feels by being an active participant in these organizations,she is able to not only be aware of the changes within our industry, but be involved in effective changes which help both investment owner and residents.
