Easy Steps To Implement Service


 

  • Staff breakfast meeting -  We will conduct a brief meeting with the entire property staff to introduce the service and answer all questions.
  • We will provide literature to the office team to use with new lease packets.
  • We handle all the advertising!  We'll post flyers throughout the  community introducing residents to the new service and announcing the valet trash start date.
  • One-Two days prior to the service start date, we deliver brand-new collection containers.
  • Valet Trash Service will begin for every resident!
  • This process from staff introduction to service start normally takes only 15-30 days.  Communities larger than 350 units may take a longer period to implement because of the additional time required to order, process, and deliver the resident collection containers.
